US State Department announces public-private partnership to 'redesign and rebuild' 3 Ukrainian cities

The US Department of State and the US-based think tank German Marshall Fund (GMF) will collaborate to help redesign and rebuild up to three war-ravaged Ukrainian cities, the State Department announced.

The program, to be called Ukraine Cities Partnership (UCP) for Sustainable Urban Recovery, will take the form of a public-private partnership, the State Department said in a press release, adding that the program is expected to last three years.
