Ukraine should do more to promote its competitive advantages and showcase business success stories to attract foreign investment, as international perceptions remain dominated by the war, said Hanna Loikkanen, Chief Investment Officer at Finnfund, Finland's development financier and impact investor.
While Ukraine's economy has proven resilient during the war, investors abroad still largely see the country through the lens of conflict rather than commercial opportunity, Loikkanen told Ukraine Rebuild Newswire in an interview.
