MHP, Ukraine's largest poultry producer, has submitted a binding offer to acquire Uvesa Group, a leading poultry supplier in Spain, for an undisclosed sum.
MHP has submitted a tender offer addressed to all shareholders of Uvesa, MHP said in a stock filing. The acquisition is subject to 50.01% approval from shareholders and regulatory approvals.
