EBRD to sign €300 million in loans to help rebuild Ukraine energy sector in coming months, Reuters reports

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is set to give multiple loans to Ukrainian municipalities and companies in the coming weeks, to strengthen the country's infrastructure ahead of winter, a bank official told Reuters.
