Ukraine's Odesa region expands safety center with backing of European Investment Bank

Ukraine's southwestern Odesa region has expanded a safety center in the city of Avangard, by adding a second building to the facility, with €484,000 in support from the European Investment Bank (EIB), the lender said on Wednesday.
