Ukrainian M&A activity in the first nine months of 2024 has remained relatively stable, with deal volume declining by just 2.7% year-over-year to 36 deals in the first nine months of 2024, accounting firm KPMG said.

Despite this slight decrease in volume, total deal value rose by 2.9% in January-September, compared to the same period of 2023, reaching $643 million, KPMG said in a report Thursday. The average transaction value increased significantly to $38 million from $27 million.
