Kamikawa, who visited Kyiv on Sunday as part of a European trip, also announced the donation of five mobile gas turbine generators and seven transformers. The trip, in part, was meant to help prepare for the Feb 19 Japan-Ukraine Economic Reconstruction Promotion Conference in Tokyo.
