Zelensky says Moscow 'silent' on direct talks proposal as Trump mulls joining negotiations in Istanbul

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday evening that Moscow has stayed "silent" all day about a proposal for direct peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Turkey's city of Istanbul on May 15.
