Zelensky says he's open to diplomatic end to war, brings up foreign troops as security guarantors

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday he was in favor of a diplomatic end to the war with Russia.

"We, more than anyone in the world, want an end to the war. And certainly, a diplomatic end to the war will save more lives. And we want that," Zelensky stated.
