Russian missile strike kills 2, partially halts output at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih

A Russian missile strike on ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih has killed two people, injured 13 employees and contractors and forced the steelmaker to partially halt production, the company said.

The attack, which hit the plant overnight on Aug. 15-16, damaged key facilities used in energy and blast furnace production. ArcelorMittal said in a LinkedIn post that specialists were assessing the extent of the damage and the timeline for restoring operations.
