Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) said it has signed a grant agreement with Olena Zelenska Foundation (OZF) of Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky's wife, to fund the reconstruction of a medical complex in Ukraine.
The grant will support the construction of new hospital facilities and the restoration of war-damaged infrastructure, increasing capacity to over 200 beds and securing essential healthcare services for the community.
Switzerland has launched a new call for investment projects involving Swiss companies in Ukraine, making up to 50 million Swiss francs ($61 million) available to help finance reconstruction and economic recovery efforts, the Swiss government said on May 28.
