$1 billion worth of US missiles and drones was poorly tracked after arrival in Ukraine, Pentagon inspector general says

More than $1 billion worth of Stinger missiles, night vision goggles, attack drones and other military equipment that the US has supplied to fight Russia was not properly tracked after it reached Ukraine, according to a report by the inspector general of the US Department of Defense.
