'Massive' Russian strike forces Ukrenergo to carry out emergency power cuts

Russia has launched a "massive attack" on energy infrastructure in Ukraine, pushing the operator of the transmission system, Ukrenergo, to introduce emergency power cuts, Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko said.
