The International Monetary Fund is in talks with representatives of the Ukrainian government about the disbursement of a $890 million payment from its $15.6 billion loan, Reuters reported, citing unnamed sources.

The IMF has declined to comment officially on the amount of money at the center of the talks, which are being held in Warsaw. Bloomberg had reported hours before Reuters about the talks, saying the disbursement at the center of negotiations totals $900 million.

The IMF mission to carry out the third review of Ukraine's loan Extended Fund Facility Arrangement began their work Saturday and is set to end Thursday. The meetings are being held in Warsaw for security reasons.
