International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Chief Rafael Grossi warned that Russian attacks on Ukraine's power grid could result in a nuclear accident.
Grossi made the statement during a visit to Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian officials regarding nuclear safety. He added that such an accident could result from a direct attack or power supply disruptions.
