EIB to allocate €100 million for Ukraine Recovery Programme via DREAM platform

The European Investment Bank will use the DREAM platform, the state portal meant to organize the reconstruction of Ukraine, to allocate €100 million to support community recovery and development projects, DREAM said.

Activities under the project include distributed generation facilities, municipal housing, water supply and sanitation, and healthcare.
