Foreign companies submitted 2,573 trademark applications in Ukraine last year, with more than 40% of the m from the US, Cyprus, and Switzerland, according to the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation (UKRNOIVI).
Most of the registered companies are engaged in medical and veterinary products, advertising, and administration.
