World Bank, UN and EC start new damage assessment of Ukraine war; results expected in early 2025

The World Bank, the European Commission, the United Nations and the Ukrainian government have started updating their assessment of damages caused by the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine and expect to finish early next year.

"The report will provide a rapid, consistent and transparent cross-sectoral assessment of the damage, losses, recovery and reconstruction needs, as well as the identification of priorities for 2025," the Ukrainian government said in a press release.
