UNDP, Spain launch €4 million project to renovate 8 schools in Ukraine

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial support from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), has launched a project to renovate eight schools in Ukraine damaged by the war with a total budget of €4 million.

Restoration efforts will prioritize light to medium repairs for schools with damage levels of 60% or less, incorporating energy-efficient upgrades and ensuring accessibility compliance.
