The Economic Court of Odesa has cancelled the UAH 1.6 billion ($37.9 million) agreement between the Road Department of the Odesa City Council and Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC for the reconstruction of the Ivanivskyi overpass.
The court found that at the time of the agreement the Odesa City Territorial Community's budget lacked allocated funds for the overpass reconstruction in 2022-2023, making the financing unreasonable and in violation of the Budget Code of Ukraine.
