The number of M&A transactions in Ukraine remained the same in 2024 as in the previous year, at 49, despite a modest economic recovery, with a total deal value amounting to $1.1 billion, an analysis by KPMG showed.
The total overall deal value was 15.7% lower than in 2023. However, adjusted figures that exclude exceptionally large transactions indicate a 40.5% increase in the total deal value, KPMG said.
