Ukraine to suspend payments on more than $4 billion in GDP warrants, Cargill loans, Ukrenergo bonds

Ukraine will suspend payments on $2 .6 billion in GDP warrants, a $700 million loan from Cargill Financial Services International and $830 million in bonds of state power firm Ukrenergo, the government said Tuesday.
