Ukraine to ask EU to delay introducing carbon border tax, trade envoy says

Ukraine's Economy Ministry is preparing an official request to the European Commission to start formal talks on postponing the introduction of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) for the war-torn country, The Odessa Journal reported on Wednesday, citing Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade Representative Taras Kachka.
