Ukraine signs deal with Finland on enhanced defence cooperation

Finnish Defence Minister Antti Häkkänen and Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) meant to improve cooperation between the two countries on defense.

The agreement covers cooperation on defence materials, ammunition production, defence industrial projects, exchange of information, and R&D, the ministries of both countries said.
