Ukraine cannot register the phrase "Russian warship, go f*** yourself" as a European Union trademark because it is a political message, the EU General Court ruled on Wednesday.
"That phrase, which has become a symbol of Ukraine's fight against Russian aggression, is not perceived as an indication of a commercial origin," the court said in a press release.
