Switzerland, Kharkiv sign MoU to engage Swiss private sector in reconstruction efforts

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO) and Kharkiv Сity Сouncil signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at involving the Swiss private sector in reconstruction efforts in the northeastern Ukrainian city.

Through this partnership, Swiss businesses will assist in the partial repair of damaged civilian buildings in Kharkiv, backed by financial support from SECO, the Swiss government said in a press release on Friday. The Swiss private sector will also contribute by providing training for specialists essential to the reconstruction efforts.
