The Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm has rejected $6 billion in arbitration claims filed by three Cypriot companies against Ukrainian oil and gas company Ukrnafta.
The court upheld an arbitration decision from Feb 4, 2021, rejecting the appeal brought by Littop Enterprises Limited, Bordo Management Limited and Bridgemont Ventures Limited.
