Sweden allocates extra SEK 1.4 billion for Ukraine's reconstruction in largest civil support package

Sweden said it is increasing its development assistance to Ukraine by over SEK 1.4 billion ($137 million) to support the country's reconstruction, development and humanitarian needs.

"The new support focuses on the most urgent needs such as energy supply, housing, medical care, mine clearance, safe schooling for children, vocational training for women and support for war veterans," said Sweden's Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Benjamin Dousa.
