Registry launched in The Hague lets Ukrainians file claims for war-related damages to homes via Diia mobile app

Ukrainians can start filing damage claims from the Russian full-scale invasion as of Tuesday via a new claims register in The Hague, the executive director of the register announced.

The Register of Damages for Ukraine, which opened formally Tuesday at an international conference, will initially take down claims of damages to residential property stemming from Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which started two years ago.
