Norway to provide NOK 12 billion in civilian support to Ukraine in 2025

The Norwegian government said on Monday it will provide more than NOK 12 billion ($1 billion) to Ukraine this year, focusing on energy security and humanitarian aid.

Of the total, Norway plans to disburse NOK 4.5 billion for energy security and supply, including nuclear safety and security and the purchase of gas, NOK 3 billion for humanitarian assistance, and NOK 3.3 billion for budget support and reconstruction efforts.
