Kyivstar seeks to buy Ukrainian ride-hailing service Uklon

Ukraine's largest telecom company Kyivstar in December sought approval from the country's competition regulator to acquire control of local ride-hailing service Uklon, Forbes Ukraine reported.

"The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has received an application from Kyivstar seeking approval to acquire control over the assets of Uklon Ukraine that facilitate operations in ride-hailing, delivery, and online advertising," the committee told Forbes Ukraine in response to an inquiry.
