KNDS, German manufacturer of Leopard 2 tanks, has established a joint venture with a Ukranian defense company, Ukraine's Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin said on Tuesday.
The newly created company will focus on maintenance and repair of military equipment supplied by Germany to Ukraine's defense forces.
