Finland to support Ukraine's recovery with additional €4.5 million

Finland will allocate €4.5 million to the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU) between 2025 and 2027 to support the country's recovery, focusing on regions in southern and eastern Ukraine that are most damaged by the war.

The PFRU enhances regional and community resilience by supporting early recovery efforts and addressing urgent needs for basic public services and emergency aid. It also focuses on initiatives to foster long-term peace and strengthen national identity and unity.
