Ferrexpo says Ukraine's 'discriminatory' action violates Swiss, UK investment accords; calls for negotiations

Ferrexpo has accused the Ukrainian authorities of breaching international investment agreements with a series of "discriminatory and unreasonable" asset freezes, management arrests and other actions against the miner's subsidiaries.

Ferrexpo, a Switzerland-based iron ore miner that operates in Ukraine and is listed on the London Stock Exchange, accused the Ukrainian government of acting against its assets in a manner that violates the country's investment agreements with the UK and Switzerland.
