EU member states approve €4.1 billion disbursement under Ukraine Facility

Envoys of the European Union member states approved the second regular payment of grants and loans totaling nearly €4.1 billion under the EU's Ukraine Facility,  to support the country's macro-financial stability and its public administration. 

It was concluded that Ukraine had met the required conditions and reforms outlined in the Ukraine Plan to receive funds from the Ukraine Facility, the European Council said on Monday.
