EU energy chief calls for urgent 6-point Ukraine energy plan: repair heating units, install solar power and generators

European Union Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson called for immediate action to help Ukraine repair heating and power facilities, decentralize energy production, install rooftop solar systems and expand interconnection capacity within months.
