The European Investment Bank (EIB) said it has provided a €10 million European Union-guaranteed loan for energy efficiency upgrades at 16 Ukrainian universities as part of its Ukraine Higher Education project.
The funding, allocated through EIB's Ukraine Solidarity Urgent Response package, will help renovate universities in Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Uzhhorod and Vinnytsia.
