Dragon Capital makes maiden investment in Lviv's residential real estate sector

Ukrainian investment firm Dragon Capital said it has started the construction of a residential complex in Sokilnyky village, near Lviv, marking its first investment in the western Ukrainian city's residential real estate sector.

The project, dubbed Viking Gardens, is being developed by local company Viking Development and will feature 1,200 apartments, a gym, a botanical garden, a mini-cinema, underground parking with a bomb shelter function, and children's and sports playgrounds.
