The European Commission said in a white paper on the future of European defence that the EU should finance Ukraine's access to space-based services offered by EU-based commercial providers, including start-ups and scale-ups.
The EU should grant Ukraine access to its space program and fund access "in support of and upon demand of the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the white paper said on Wednesday.
